Item consists of a program created by Dalhousie Theatre Department, in celebration of the 15th Anniversary of the Arts Centre for the 1986-1987 season production of "For the Part of the Woman" by Olwen Wymark. The program contains a list of the cast and crew,and a director's note.

File contains flyers and programs for "Revelations," "The Collected Works of Billy the Kid," and "Forever Yours, Marie-Lou" produced at Second Stage; "The Empire Builders" at Pier 1; "The Daughter-in-law" at Theatre New Brunswick; "The Devil's Disciple" at Neptune Theatre; and "The Satyricon" and "All the Queen's Men." Financial statements and minutes for the Board of Directors

File contains records relating to the 1987-1988 concert season of the Halifax Camerata Singers, including financial statements and minutes from meetings of the Board of Directors. The file also includes correspondence and a program for a concert by the choir entitled "20th Century Choral Music of England and France," which took place at the First Baptist Church in Halifax, Nova Scotia on February 21, 1988. The file also includes a copy of their ticket control policy and records of choir fees for each member of the choir.

File consists of records related to the organizing, planning, and presenting of the Lunch Hour Series and Evening Series film screenings produced by the Dalhousie Art Gallery during the period of 1968-1969.

Records consist mainly of publicity notes including the date and times of each screening, the film, a short description, and list of coinciding exhibitions open at the gallery. Additional records consist of correspondence of Evelyn Holmes (Acting Curator, Dalhousie Art Gallery).

File contains draft copies of lunch hour screening schedules produced by the Dalhousie Art Gallery from 1970-1971. Also includes newspaper clipping, billing to Art Gallery, and time report from technical manager.

Fatal Attraction

File contains records related to Fatal Attraction, by Bernard Slade, directed by Nick Jupp and produced by Bill VanGorder. The play ran at the Pond Playhouse from February 8-24, 2001. Records include a program; small poster, newspaper review; and videocassette recording.

Fonds consists of documents created and collected by Eyelevel Gallery that reflect all aspects of the gallery’s management. The fonds includes artist files, slides, administrative files, publicity files (including press releases), correspondence, publications, financial documents, contracts, minutes of board of directors meetings, photographs, fundraising files and membership lists, audio and videocassettes, CDs, DVDs, books, and programmes, catalogues, posters, reviews, guest books, and miscellaneous files regarding exhibitions and events. Some digital records in this collection have been migrated from CD's.

The file contains draft copies of exhibition schedules and descriptions, newspaper clippings, a list of paintings, a list of works in permanent collection, and course descriptions for African studies.

Event programs, flyers, and promotional materials

Series contains duplicate programs, flyers, and other promotional materials from fonds in the Nova Scotia LGBT Seniors Archive. Materials in series include flyers and event cards for the Halifax Fetish Ball, flyers for a speaking engagement and meet and greet with South African political activist Simon Nkoli, flyers and programs for the Awake The World HIV/AIDS awareness event, and programs and program inserts from Mr. Atlantic Canada [M.A.C.] Leather contests.

File contains invitations to several drag balls in Toronto and New York, as well as programs for the 2010 and 2017 Halifax Pride celebrations.
