Series is broken in to five Sub-Series: Administrative, Correspondence, Financial, Labour and Employee Relations, and Photographs.

Administrative Sub-Series consists of the administrative records of the company's executive members and include meeting minutes of the Board of Directors and the President's Committee, agendas, annual reports, inter-office memorandums, property management records and various agreements the company entered into.

Correspondence Sub-Series consists of correspondence between Lindwood Holdings Limited and its various business associates. Correspondence is typically filed by the name of the correspondent or by the subject of the correspondence file. Sub-Series also contains personal correspondence belonging to H. Norman Stanbury and Bruce Oland. Company correspondence may exist in other sub-series if it was filed with records belonging to that series.

Financial Sub-Series consists of the financial records of the company and the records of its investment activities. Sub-Series includes financial statements, memorandums and correspondence regarding company investments, investment notes, valuations of company shares, dividend payments, and correspondence regarding the investment accounts of company executives.

Labour and Employee Relations Sub-Series consists of records relating to the administration of the company pension fund and employee benefits and includes meeting minutes of the trustees of the pension fund, financial statements, lists of pensioners, memorandums regarding employee wages and benefits, and correspondence.

Photographs Sub-Series contains photographs documenting a fire at the Keith's Brewery facility on Lower Water Street.

Series contains duplicate programs, flyers, and other promotional materials from fonds in the Nova Scotia LGBT Seniors Archive. Materials in series include flyers and event cards for the Halifax Fetish Ball, flyers for a speaking engagement and meet and greet with South African political activist Simon Nkoli, flyers and programs for the Awake The World HIV/AIDS awareness event, and programs and program inserts from Mr. Atlantic Canada [M.A.C.] Leather contests.

Series contains four sub-series of clippings regarding LGBT social and political issues, culture, and events; the Commission of Inquiry on the Blood System in Canada [the Krever Inquiry]; HIV/AIDS in Nova Scotia; and HIV/AIDS in Canada and Abroad.

Dalhousie related material

This series is material related to Dr. Murray's Dalhousie committee work it contains interviews related to the history of the Medical School with former faculty, correspondence, proposals for programme and courses and power point presentations.

AIDS-related health and legal advocacy

Series contains materials produced or collected as part of Larry Baxter's involvement with community HIV/AIDS organizations in Nova Scotia, including AIDS Nova Scotia [formerly MACAIDS], the Nova Scotia Persons With AIDS Coalition [NSPWAC], and the AIDS Coalition of Nova Scotia [ACNS]. Refuge

Series contains records created or collected by Mary Vingoe related to her play Refuge, which was first read at Nightwood Theatre's New Groundswell Festival in Toronto in March 2013. It premiered in Halifax with Eastern Front Theatre and HomeFirst Productions in October 2013 and was staged by Nightwood Theatre in 2016. In 2014, Refuge was nominated for a Merrit Award for Outstanding Play by a Nova Scotian Playwright. Refuge was also finalist for the 2014 Lieutenant Governor of Nova Scotia Masterworks Astounding Art Awards, then nominated for the Governor General's Award for English-language drama in 2016.
