The deed of settlement was negotiated for the purpose of establishing banks in the British colonies of North America. File also contains four blank forms for transferring shares.

Memorandum of Agreement made between the Reverend William McCulloch and The Board of Governors of Dalhousie College and University

Item consists of a handwritten Memorandum of Agreement between the Reverend William McCulloch of Truro, Doctor of Divinity, of the one part, and The Board of Governors of Dalhousie College and University, of the other part, October 1st, 1887, as well as a typed transcription of the handwritten document. The Agreement outlines Dr McCulloch's aiding in establishing a natural history museum at Dalhousie College in the name of Thomas McCulloch.

Item is a videocassette of a lecture by Dr. G. Majno, who spoke as part of the Dalhousie Medical School's Friday at Four series. Friday at Four was a lecture series sponsored and organized by the School that focused on a variety of subjects by lecturers invited to speak about specialized areas of medicine. The lectures were held each Friday by the School from the 1970s to the 1990s. The tape was requested by Dr. Clark from the Division of Continuing Medical Education.

Item is a catalogue for an exhibition of artworks by four ceramicists based on Saskatchewan: Victor Cicansky, Joe Fafard, David Thauberger, and Russell M. Yuristy. The Exhibition was organized and presented by the Dalhousie Art Gallery from August 2 to September 7, 1976.

Catalogue contains an introduction from B.W. Ferguson (Director, Dalhousie Art Gallery), biographies of each artist, and photographs and a list of the artists works.
