Collection is comprised of materials collected by Don Murchy as part of his involvement with the TightRope Leather Brotherhood, a men's leather and denim club that operated in Nova Scotia from the early 1990s to 2007. Materials document TightRope operations, as well as the involvement of TightRope members in Mr. Atlantic Canada [M.A.C.] Leather contests and Halifax Fetish Ball events. Materials in this collection include administrative records, by-laws and guiding documents, membership lists, posters and other promotional materials, and photographs.

Diamond Divas Revue posters

Series contains posters for the 5th and 10th anniversary Diamond Divas Revue annual drag shows, held in Moncton, New Brunswick. Diamond Divas revues served as fundraisers for various LGBTQ+ initiatives in the Maritimes.

File contains correspondence regarding the 1993 annual report and meeting minutes from the 1993 general meeting, held 1993-01-11, which outline plans to rename the GayLine to the Gay, Lesbian and Bisexual Line. File also contains one copy of the special resolution related to the renaming that was passed at the general meeting, the certificate of incorporation for the new business name, and associated correspondence and paperwork.

File contains materials relating to both provincial and federal supreme court rulings relating to spousal benefits for same-sex couples. Materials include one report from Nova Scotia Member of Parliament Alexa McDonough dated May, 1998 regarding declining living standards and accompanying correspondence; clippings from the Cape Breton Post; correspondence; and one oversized meeting agenda and guidelines.
