Item consists of a program created by Dalhousie Theatre Productions for the 1988 season production of H. Richardson and W. Berney's Dark of the Moon. The production was directed by Brian McKay and features of a cast and crew of Dalhousie University students. The program contains cast and crew biographies, information on the theatre programs offered at Dalhousie University, and advertisements for local businesses. There are two loose sheets included in the program: a postcard addressed to the Prime Minister of Canada advocating for a funding increase for the arts with a Tom Forrestall reproduction on the front; an advertisement for a student production of The Bear and Third Oak: The Laundromat.

Item consists of a program created by Dalhousie Theatre Productions for the 1989-90 season. The program contains the event schedule of the David MacK. Murray Studio dedication. The event is a series of Dorothy Parker plays performed by Dalhousie University students. The event was conceived by Patrick Christopher, and the program contains an introduction by David R. Overton.

Item is a triangular dance card (booklet) for a dance put on the Delta Gamma Society in the Dalhousie Gym on February 24, 1926. The dance was chaperoned by Dr and Mrs MacMechan, Professor and Mrs Munro, Miss M. Lowe, and Dr. G.E. Wilson.

Item is a typed manuscript of the address given by Vincent MacDonald about the life and influence of Donald Alexander MacRae, on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of Dalhousie Law School, October 31, 1958.

Dr. Reid on the North-West : [facsimile, clipping]

Item consists of a facsimile of a clipping that appeared in the February 1871 issue of the [Halifax] Evening Express, about Dr. A.P. Reid's impressions on the North-West Territory after a brief visit after the Red River Rebellion.

Draft of an Agreement between The Governors of Dalhousie College and University, and Her Majesty the Queen in RIght of Canada, regarding loaning of Labrador duck specimens to the National Museum of Canada

Item consists of a facsimile draft of an agreement -- dated March 25, 1968 -- between the Dalhousie Board of Governors and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada (via the Department of the Secretary of State, which oversees the National Museum of Canada) regarding the loaning and preservation of Labrador duck specimens from the Thomas McCulloch Museum to the National Museum of Canada.

E.B. Rogers's article about the William Inglis Morse Collection

Item consists of Carleton Stanley's typescript copy of an article written by E.B. Rogers (at the behest of C.L. Bennet) submitted to the Halifax Chronicle, discussing a substantial donation of a "valuable collection of books" by William Inglis Morse, which would make up the basis of the William Inglis Morse Collection at the Dalhousie Library. Article is dated January 23, 1933.
