Although Nova Scotia has declared the decade between 1973-1983 as 'a decade for Action to Combat Racism and Racial Discrimination' and its government is committed to 'a cultural mosaic that doesn't leave anyone out' it still looks like a long hard road before equality in the mosaic is achieved."
