This subseries contains materials that were used in an Agricola exhibit in 2017 called "Is this our Aggie?". Through archival materials found in our collection, and reproductions from various sources staff tried to follow the story of one of our early graduates Wilfred A. Costa to see if he was indeed the Wilfred Aldophus DeCosta whose timelines seemed to match.
This subseries contains a black and white mounted photograph of the 1945-1946 Nova Scotia Agricultural College hockey team and a photocopy of a newspaper article including the same photo and a caption with regard to a reunion of the Truro and District Hockey League that took place May 9, 1992 [?] at Keddy's. The caption underneath the photo states: "The Nova Scotia Agricultural College champions of the Truro and District Hockey League in the 1945-46 season, will be among teams represented when the league holds its reunion May 9 at Keddy's. Subseries contains the Dalhousie University School of Physiotherapy yearbooks covering the years 1982, 1984-1988, 1991-1996, 2000-2004, 2007-2009, 2011: The yearbook's title has varies over time and includes: Dalhousie Physiotherapy; Physio; Dalhousie University Physiotherapy; and Dalhousie University School of Physiotherapy yearbook.
Subseries contains yearbooks of the Dalhousie University School of Education: Spitballs and Chalkdust (1994); and Taking a Bite Out of Time (1995). The title ceased with the issue for1995 upon cessation of the program.
File contains materials related to Balcolm-Chittick Limited, dispensing chemists. There are 11 black and white photos of the exterior of pharmacies, concentrating on the displays in the windows. Along with the photos there is a letter dated 8 November 1950 to Charles Fader from Samuel R. Balcolm, explaining the photos. Originally housed in folder labelled "Balcolm-Chittick Ltd".
