Captain Isaac Rayne's records

Series consists of Isaac Rayne's personal records, including promissory notes, a deed, correspondence, family records and other textual records. There are also two locks of his son George's hair, presumably from his early childhood.

Series contains several 16 mm film reels containing a film entitled "There Stands Dalhousie," which premiered at an Alumni Association event in 1976. The film contains video of various Dalhousie buildings and individuals, including David Brown, President Henry Hicks, Wilf Creighton, Miss. Metherall, Murray Rankin, Professor Willis, and C.L. Bennet.

Personal education

Series contains materials regarding Brian Hall's personal education, largely at the University of New England. Written materials include papers and projects by Hall, syllabi and instructions for courses he took, and work for his doctorate.

Oral history

Series consists of seven audio cassettes and textual records. The audio cassettes are oral history field recordings on the Jos Plateau recorded by James Morrison. The textual records are from Atlantic oral history association's conference hosted by James Morrison in Truro.
