Fonds was acquired by the Dalhousie University Archives in seven different accessions between 1983 and 2000. Records were in the custody of the Registrar's Office until transfer to the University Archives.

Bindings on registration books and exam books are fragile and worn. Some registration books have been unbound and placed in archival folders.
