Also included are reference materials for the ITU - Herald contract, the CHFX radio scripts, the Royal Commission on Newspapers' presentation, and a letter written by Fred Brodie to the Halifax Labour Temple.

File comprises four letters sent from Fred Thompson to John Bell between July and October, 1976. The letters provide a recounting of Thompson's time in Halifax as a labourer and labour activist and reveal an ongoing discussion between Bell and Thompson regarding labour issues and labour history.

Nova Scotia Folk Arts Council Fonds includes correspondence 1964-1973, financial documents 1966-1972, festival documentation 1964-1973, and administrative records 1966-72. The bulk of the records are from Nova Scotia folk art festivals in 1967 in relation to Canada’s centennial celebration.
