Board of Directors

This series includes records illustrating the organization and administration of the Centre for Art Tapes and the activities of its Board of Directors. Included are administrative records, minutes, annual reports, correspondence, bylaws, and records regarding CFAT’s involvement with other groups and organizations.

Board of Directors and Artistic Directors

Subseries contains minutes of board meetings, budgets, correspondence, receipts, and tax documents from the executive of the Upstream Music Association, including the Board of Directors and Artistic Directors. These records are not always separated; some files include two or more types of records, while others contain only minutes, or only receipts. Occasionally, files from the Artistic Directors also include information about concerts and season planning (e.g., repertoire of concerts, dates, and venues).

Bone Cage correspondence

Sub-series contains correspondence regarding Bone Cage. Materials include letters and emails about the development of the script and cards congratulating Banks on the opening night of the co-production by Forerunner Playwrights' Theatre and Ship's Company Theatre.

Bone Cage production records

Subseries contains records created for and during productions of Bone Cage by Mulgrave Road Theatre, Forerunner Playwrights' Theatre, and Downstage Theatre.

Bone Cage publicity and review records

Sub-series contains publicity material related to Bone Cage, including event listings, programs, reviews, and material related to the receipt of the 2008 Governor General's Literary Award.

Subseries consists of books by Eyelevel Gallery and affiliated individuals as well as various records pertaining to them.

Breakdown

Subseries consists of handwritten and typescript drafts of Budge Wilson's book "Breakdown" for its first edition in 1988 by Scholastic Publishing, and then for its 2015 reissue by Northwest Publishing.

Bring Back Don Messer!

Subseries contains records created or collected by Christopher Heide in the course of writing Bring Back Don Messer!, which was produced by Mulgrave Road Co-Op Theatre and toured four provinces in three months.

This sub-series contains materials regarding Centre for Art Tapes Broad Casting for Reels event, which was a curated audio art series presented in collaboration with CKDU, Dalhousie University’s student radio station. Brock University : The Rover

The production took place February 14-16, 2002 at the Sean O'Sullivan Theatre and was presented by the Theatre, Dramatic Literature & Drama in Education program at Brock University.
