This series documents relations between Local 625 and several other IBEW locals (including Local 1818 prior to the amalgamation), the national and international IBEW offices, other unions, business associates, and government agencies. As part of its mandate, Local 625 maintained relations with IBEW locals across North America in order to accommodate transfers of Local 625 members to other jurisdictions and vice-versa. Correspondence between Local 625 and the national and international offices regarding procedural issues, reports, and policy are also included. Any correspondence of a general nature with legal counsel or regarding legal fees but which is not necessarily relevant to a specific unit or employer is also included in this series. Applications for certification, letters of agreement between the Local and various employers, and other important documents related to government jurisdiction of labour issues are also included in this series.
