Other project partners were the Universidad de la Republica Uruguay (URU) of Uruguay and Saint Mary’s University (SMU). This was an Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada (AUCC) University Program for Cooperation in Development (UPCD) Tier 2 project led by NSAC. NSAC Personnel involved were Norman Goodyear, Bonnie Waddell, Sam Asiedu, and Leanne French.
