Records consist of correspondence between Ernest Smith (Director, Dalhousie Art Gallery) and staff of Halifax School for the Blind regarding the sale of the art catalogues and staff of Maritime Telegraph and Telephone Co., Ltd. regarding the opening ceremony, and staff of Rothman's of Pall Mall Canada Ltd. regarding installation and security arrangement for the exhibition. In addition records include a tour schedule, historical background to the collection of models in the exhibition, media release, exhibition invitation list, newspaper clippings, and a floor plan designed by Golden Miller at the Vancouver centennial museum in November 1972.
