File consists of records relating to the exhibition 'Drawings, watercolours, paintings by Tom Forrestall' organized by Dalhousie Art Gallery for the Atlantic Provinces Art Circuit (APAC). The exhibition was shown at Dalhousie in November 1968.

Records consist mainly of correspondence between Evelyn Holmes ( Acting Curator, Dalhousie Art Gallery), Tom Forrestall, and curators of APAC member galleries. Records also include a newspaper clipping, programme of music for November 1968, exhibition invitation, lists and pricelists of artworks, a condition report, an handwritten draft of Forrestall's biography and exhibition text.

File contains the typed manuscript text of an undated address made (presumably in late 1941 or early 1942) by Kenneth Leslie, to "Mr. Chairman, [...] Archbishop Hovsepian, learned doctors, brave Captain [Jim] Chankalian, [and the] Armenian people". File addresses the Armenian cause and the Russian War Relief effort in the months following the Atlantic Charter.
