Item may have been a page in one of Thomas Head Raddall's photograph albums. The photographs are either duplicates of or related to material in Thomas Head Raddall's photograph album, 1917-1927. T.H. Raddall, Sr. can be found holding the telescope in the middle of the front row in the portrait of the rifle division. On the reverse side of the scrapbook page, the photographs on the left and right of Thomas Head Raddall are duplicates from the aforementioned album. The photograph on the left was taken in North Sydney in 1920, and the photograph on the right was taken in Point Pleasant Park in 1921. The photograph in the bottom middle may have been taken at Sable Island.

Ruth Goodman's Dalhousie University student scrapbook

Item is a scrapbook assembled by Ruth Marilyn (Goodman) Pink while she was a student at Dalhousie University. The scrapbook contains dance cards with attached pencils; schedules and memorabilia from freshman initiation; dinner napkins, place cards and menus; ticket stubs and programs from Dalhousie Glee Club and other events; small metal charms and other ephemera; and envelopes containing remnants of dried flowers. There are also photographs of Goodman's university friends; her room in Shirreff Hall; Dalhousie campus; and vacations.

Ruth Goodman's Dalhousie University graduation scrapbook

File contains a scrapbook assembled by Ruth Marilyn (Goodman) Pink commemorating events from her graduation from Dalhousie University and a few years after. The scrapbook contains programs from Dalhousie Glee Club and other musical performances; a 1936 Dalhousie convocation program; congratulatory telegrams and greeting cards sent to Goodman; remnants of dried flowers; dance cards; place cards with attached pencils; menus; a Valentine card and other greeting cards. There are also photographs of Ruth Goodman; Rose Goodman; Jeanette Goodman; members of the Class of 1936; unidentified family and friends; White Point Beach; the Annapolis Valley; Pictou Lodge; and Sydney. A copy of Alice Simensky's obituary (1918-2015) is tucked into the back of the scrapbook.

Resignation of David Haigh

Item is a letter from David Haigh outlining the reasons why he resigned from his position on the Board of Directors of Eye Level Gallery.

Resignation letters from Sue Beaver and Ron Shuebrook

Item is a resignation letter from Sue Beaver from the Co-ordinator position and Ron Shuebrook from the Board of Directors and General Membership at Eye Level Gallery. Sue writes eight reasons for her resignation from the Co-ordinator position on January 15, 1976, which includes a lack of respect, unrealistic attitudes regarding money, lack of firm definitions and policies and practices which she regards as immoral and unethical. Ron writes in his letter from January 21, 1976 that there are many reasons for his resignation, which includes a lack of professionalism, a financial crisis of the gallery which was a result of unprofessional behaviour, and his move to Canning, Nova Scotia which left him feeling disconnected from the gallery.

Also included in the item is a letter to members of the Eye Level Gallery stating an urgent matter has come up and a meeting needed to happen on January 15, 1976 at Eye Level by Michael Fernandes and Sue Beaver. A letter addressed to Sue Beaver from Brenda Wallace, the Visual Arts Officer for the Program of Assistance to Art Galleries and Museums states her acceptance of Beaver's resignation from the Eye Level Gallery.

Report to the members of Eye Level Gallery

Item is a report sent to the members of Eye Level Gallery to make note of and bring awareness to the important issues that were discussed at the last Board of Directors meeting. Sue Beaver resigned from the position of Co-ordinator, which was accepted by the Board. Ron Savage presented on a financial report of the gallery's funds, which was a "discovery that the Gallery is in serious financial difficulties". Michael Fernandes presented a proposal for the structural reorganization of Eye Level Gallery.

Item consists of Margaret Dewolfe's report of an emergency meeting of the Atlantic Research Centre (ARCMR), held between I.M. MacKeigan, C.B. Stewart, W.R. Butler, and M.S. DeWolfe, on June 26th, 1967, in response to problems in obtaining funding from the Department of Health and Welfare through the "National Crusade".
