Scope and content
Item is an unlabeled photograph of an exhibition presented by Eyelevel Gallery. The photograph depicts three images related to an unidentified war arranged side by side horizontally. The individuals in them are not identified. The text in the middle image reads:
“Dan ran, zigzag, as bullets ricocheted around his swerving body. With a desperate leap he fell into a trench as his fellow soldiers cheered. Suddenly he sprang into view and with a swift, smooth movement flung a grenade into an enemy bunker. There was a blinding flash and a deafening roar followed by a deathly silence, interrupted by more cheering. Grinning, Dan charged into the smoke…..”
