Item is a map of lands to be conveyed to Oland and Son Limited by Dominion Steel and Coal Corporation Limited. The land is located in Sydney, Nova Scotia and was to be used for a bottling plant. The map shows measurements of the land and locations of roads and railways. The map was produced by John Pope, Provincial Land Surveyor.
