Item is the contract for the construction of the headhouse to greenhouse at the Nova Scotia Agricultural College between W.K. Murray (contractor) and Department of Public Works including modifications to specifications. The contract is dated November 5, 1913. Signed by "? Cobb" Architect; "E. H. Armstrong" Commissioner for Public Works and Mines; and "W.K. Murray" contractor.

File contains two hats and two t-shirts used in either the February 14, 2005 launch of the Nova Scotia Agricultural College's centennial anniversary, or the finale event for held February 14, 2006.

Nova Scotia Agricultural College beanie hat

Item is a Nova Scotia Agricultural College beanie hat made of blue and gold coloured felt. It has the letters “AC” adhered to it, and a ram head stitched on it. Tradition for decades was they were given to first year students (“frosh”) upon arrival at the NSAC for "Frosh", or orientation week and worn by freshman all week.

Nova Scotia Agricultural College cardigan

Item is a Nova Scotia Agricultural College button down cardigan. The cardigan sweater is dark blue wool with gold stripes, and has two pockets on the front. The cardigan was made by the Scott Knitting Co. LTD Toronto, All wool trademark. The sweater belonged to Francis W. Lawrence of Falmouth, NS. After graduating from NSAC in 1940, Francis went to war with the air force. He did not return. He had the rank of F/O - Flyer Officer, his trade was W/AG - Wireless Operator / Air Gunner. He was with the 162 SQDN RCAF. Mr. Lawrence was 25 years old and passed 6/13/1944.

Item is a Nova Scotia Agricultural College winged patch. In the center of the patch it has the numbers '40', and the letter 'A' below. The NSAC badge belonged to Mr. Francis W. Lawrence, of Falmouth, NS. After graduating from NSAC in 1940, Francis went to war with the air force. He did not return. He had the rank of F/O - Flyer Officer, his trade was W/AG - Wireless Operator / Air Gunner. He was with the 162 SQDN RCAF. Mr. Lawrence was 25 years old and passed 6/13/1944.
