These include students, staff, and faculty engaged in exhibitions, convocation/graduation, Autumn Assembly, Open house, sports events, theatre dramas, ceremonies, and campus life.
Series contains various administrative documents used to run the Bill Lynch Shows. Materials include letterhead, Greater Exposition Shows contract forms (blank), railway passes, commercial scripts, blueprints, and photographs.
Series contains pins, stickers, one tote bag, one bracelet, and one air freshener collected by Al Stewart through his involvement with the Nova Scotia Government and General Employees Union [NSGEU] and various LGBT community groups and events, including Affirm United, the TightRope leather brotherhood, Mr. Atlantic Canada Leather [MACLeather] contests, and Halifax Pride.

Series contains duplicates of wearable ephemera from fonds in the Nova Scotia LGBT Seniors Archive. Materials in series including buttons and pins, badges, medals, clothing, and other regalia related to or worn during Halifax Pride parades, political demonstrations organized by Lesbian and Gay Rights Nova Scotia [LGRNS] and other groups, Mr. Atlantic Canada Leather [M.A.C. Leather] contests, and other LGBT causes and events.

Subseries contains records created by the Nova Scotia Agricultural College, records about the NSAC, and records pertaining to agriculture in Nova Scotia. Included are documents on educational resources, correspondence, memos, newspapers, clippings of articles, newsletters, new building plans, speech notes, a bound copy of "The history of the NSAC", agricultural education plans in the province, and the 75th anniversary committee file.
Series comprises records created and collected by Henry Hicks during his World War Two service in the Royal Canadian Artillery as a radar specialist. The bulk of the records are training and service manuals and confidential reports about radar trials.
Series contains clothing with Nova Scotia Agricultural College insignia, awards given to students from the university, and other memorabilia and objects used on campus. They were created and or used on campus between 1905-2012.
Subseries contains pamphlets, programs, and audio recordings of special events at the Nova Scotia Agricultural College. These events include memorials and complimentary banquets between 1928-2004.
Series comprises records created and collected by Henry Hicks during his studies in law at Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar. Records include typewritten, perfect bound volumes of detailed notes about specific subjects and lectures, which were either created or acquired by Hicks. There is also a boat race programme and a 1939 food ration book.
