Series contains audio reels from the CKDU radio 88.1 program Learning About AIDS. This is a two part program prepared by CKDU's city reporter, Donna Mayer, and outlines the dangers of AIDS, safe sex, and the hysteria and discrimination that revolves around it. The series was run for the first time in January of an unknown year.
Series comprises records related to job descriptions, personnel appointments and performance, and includes records types such as correspondence, reports and reviews. Human resource-related committee records are found in the Dalhousie University Libraries committee and task force series.
Series includes records related to Jill Grant’s published research outputs and is divided into subseries that distinguish between print publications and oral presentations.
Series contains a collection of Brian Hall's reference cards used for citations. Materials include two sharp card sorters used for cohesively organising and finding individual groups of cards. There are approximately 20 000 reference cards. The cards deal with a variety of scientific topics, including but not limited to: the effects of mechanical stress on cartilage in vitro; a clinical overview of neurofibramitosis; and the growth of the facial skeleton in the hominoidea. The card sorters are located in Box 6.
