Data was compiled and used as part of Winham's thesis 'An Analysis of Foreign Aid Decision-Making: The Case of the Marshall Plan'.

Data was compiled and used as part of Winham's thesis 'An Analysis of Foreign Aid Decision-Making: The Case of the Marshall Plan'. File also includes a short paper on the Centroid Method of data analysis.
