File contains materials relating to Bob Fougere's participation in the distribution of the First National Survey of Lesbians, Gay Men, and Bisexuals in Canada in 1998. Materials include correspondence, one copy of the survey distribution kit, one copy of the media kit, and one copy of the distribution tracking form.

First draft sketches for the Medical Science Building

File contains Andrew Cobb's rough sketches drawn on pages from a foolscap notebook for the Medical Science Building, including rudimentary elevations and floorplans; a note regarding the necessity of provision for women's lockers and lavatories and the possibility of a medical library; and an overhead drawing of a teaching theatre. File also includes five sheets of 1/16" scale drawings that include basement, first and second floor plans, and longitudinal and cross sections. The pages are all marked: "Please return to A.S.M. (Arthur Stanley Mackenzie)," and the first floor plan also has a note reading: "On S.S. 'Virginian' / July 1st/21."

First Dalhousie drawing exhibition

File consists of records related to the first annual Dalhousie drawing exhibition, organized and selected by Michael Snow. The show was held at Dalhousie Art Gallery from January 9 - 28, 1976. The artists that participated in this exhibition were Michael Snow, Royden Rabinowitch, Joyce Wieland, John Meredith, Ron Martin and Dennis Burton.

Records consist of a list of works exhibited, biographies of included artists, a floor plan, clippings, interdepartmental memos, insurance documents, lists of expenses, invoices, and correspondence with Michael Snow and other galleries(lenders to the exhibition). Also includes invitation cards and photographs of drawings, including "Musical Chairs" and "Drive #2" by Michael Snow and "Dream" by Joyce Wieland and a picture of "Notebook #42, 1973, pages 69-70" by Dennis Burton.

File is an audio reel containing an episode of Short Happy Life, a radio program broadcast on CKDU radio 88.1. This episode features the show's first annual funding drive. The episode was recorded in February, 1986, and was broadcasted on March 3, 1986.
