The file also contains several annexes: (1) Excerpts from a letter Dr. Jorge Vargas, (2) "The Establishment of an International League for the Protection of Cetaceans," a project proposal, (3) "Proposal for a Research Project in Cooperation with the International Institute for Applied System Analysis," and (4) "IOI Statues: Draft Amendments."
