Series include Administrative, Education and outreach, and Production records, the latter being divided into subseries reflecting the types of materials generated by theatrical productions, including prompt books, posters and programs, photographs and reviews. A sousfond, Ross Creek Centre for the Arts, contains records illustrating the development of the Centre , which was founded by Two Planks' artistic directors, Chris O'Neill and Ken Schwartz.

Tom Sherman : cultural engineering

File consists of records relating to an exhibition of artwork by Tom Sherman entitled Cultural Engineering organized and circulated by the National Programme, National Gallery of Canada. The exhibition was presented at the Dalhousie Art Gallery from September 22 to October 30, 1983. The exhibition consisted of audio installations, photographic and text panels, as well as a programme of video tapes by the artist.

Records consist of correspondence, insurance files, a loan agreement, a list of works, photocopies of magazine articles featuring Tom Sherman, photographs, and an invitation to exhibition at the National Gallery of Canada (May 1983).
