Philip Hicks unveiled the stamp along with The Honourable Robert Thibault and Mr. Wayne Quinn, Regional General Manager - Atlantic Canada Post. Also included in the file are two Official first day overs compliments of Canada Post Corporation, they feature the stamp issued.
