Part of President’s Office fonds
Item consists of an annotated typescript copy of Carleton Stanley's address before the Empire Club of Canada in Toronto, delivered November 9, 1933, under the title "Change or Decay?" This speech later appeared in an amended form in the January 1934 number of the Dalhousie Review.
