Slides from northern Quebec and other locations

File contains 73 slides taken in northern Quebec in 1965 and 1966. The photographs were taken in Fort Chimo, Sugluk, Ivujivik, Deception Bay, Povungnetuk, and other locations in northern Quebec, although most slides are not labeled with locations. The photographs show residents of these places, the surrounding landscapes, aerial views, buildings, and boats. The file also contains slides from other dates that may have been taken in Halifax or in other locations.

File contains slide images primarily of urban architecture and landscape features in London, Bath, Northhampton, Letchworth and Reading, UK, as well as some aerial views over Reading. There is also a sleeve of slides labelled Toronto's "unplanned suburbs" and several sleeves of slide images of historical maps and plans.

File contains 68 photographs taken largely by Bill Freedman (but also by Sweeney) at Point Pleasant Park, Halifax, Nova Scotia, in 2000. Photographs show aerial and up-close examples of the destruction wrought on the urban park by the invasive Brown spruce longhorn beetle, believed to arrive in the city via the nearby port.

Subseries' include aerial views, animals, buildings, campus events, students, staff, faculty and principals of the Nova Scotia Agricultural College between 1885-2015, as materials may be associated with the Provincial farm or School of Agriculture (pre-1905).
