File contains 14 slides presented at an October 18, 1973 public hearing concerning the proposed construction of a sports complex on South Street in Halifax, Nova Scotia. File contains ten technical drawings of the proposed project, two aerial photographs of the site, one composite photograph showing the view from Studley Avenue, and one city map of the area considered for rezoning.

Slides were originally stored in an unprocessed file labelled "Buildings - DalPlex: Tapes and Slides re: Public Hearing, 1973." An audio recording of the public hearing was moved to UA-3, Box 546, Folder 8. The original file also contained an IBM 3480 data tape with a transcription of the audio recording of the public hearing. The data tape was physical separated from the fonds and assigned a temporary reference code to enable reformatting: BD Box 37, Item 82.
