Biographical history

Stephen Osler is a scenic designer, artist, and intaglio print maker based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He has worked with various theatre companies, including Neptune Theatre in Halifax and the Ship's Company in Parrsboro, Nova Scotia (mid-1980s-1990s). He attended the Ontario College of Art and Design before beginning his career in the Atlantic Provinces. He also worked as the art director for CBC's "This Hour has 22 Minutes" (2009-2010) and was the production designer for the films "One Heart Broken into Song" (1999); "Violet" (2000); "Young Triffie's Been Made Away With" (2006); and the television series "The Industry" (2001-2003).

Lesley Wilkinson is a lighting designer who has worked with various theatre companies across Canada, including Young People's Theatre, Neptune Theatre, Crow's Theatre, Shaw Festival, Theatre Calgary, Soulpepper Theatre, Harold Green Jewish Theatre Company, and The Fredericton Playhouse. She has also worked with the Canadian Opera Company and the Pacific Opera Company.

File contains light and set designs for Neptune Theatre's production of "Shirley Valentine," directed by Alan MacInnis and designed by Stephen Osler (set) and Leslie Wilkinson (lights). The file includes the original designs by Osler and Wilkinson and a copy of a second light design by Wilkinson.
