Item is Pictou County Notary Public John McLeod's register of protests documenting declarations by ships' masters of circumstances beyond their control which may have given rise to loss or damages.
Fonds contains the records of druggist J.D.B. Fraser, including: receipts and invoices (1894); a ledger used by Fraser and MacKenna (1909); correspondence (1846-1855); the bank book of James A. Fraser (1899-1907); day books; and prescription books (1885-1886).
Fonds consists of notes of lectures on logic delivered by James Ross at the Theological Seminary in Truro, Nova Scotia (1860-1861) and on Moral Philosophy at Dalhousie College (1863-1864), as well as certificates of attendance from the 1860s and a photograph of Thomas McCulloch and others.
Fonds consists of Harold Scammell's correspondence associated with both the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia and the Provincial Medical Board. Other papers include financial records, miscellaneous publications, personal notes and records from his years at Dalhousie University.
File contains two programs for two performances of Handel's Messiah by Symphony Nova Scotia, conducted by Georg Tinter, with the Halifax Camerata Singers and Cantabile Singers of Truro, directed by Jeff Joudrey. The concerts took place at the DeCoste Entertainment Centre in Pictou, Nova Scotia and at the Rebecca Cohn Auditorium in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The file also contains two newspaper clippings of concert reviews.
