The Officer in charge was Lieutenant Colonel Frank Parker Day. Photographed by H.O. Dodge in Sydney, Nova Scotia in 1916.

Physical condition
Upper left corner, left edge, and lower edge of first photograph are damaged. There are pin holes in the corners of the first photograph. First photograph is also faded and has smudges on it. Upper edge of second photograph is water damaged. Lower edge and left edge of second photograph are torn.
