Consultants in its creation were Nathaniel Mayer, M.D., Temple University, Philadelphia, and Edward F. Domino, M.D., Pharmacology, University of Michigan. The video was transferred from a 16 mm film. The tape was requested by Dr. Kirby from the Division of Physical Medicine in the Department of Medicine.
