File contains pages from a booklet of the inventory and plans for the Alexander Keith's Brewery building. The facilities refered to in this booklet are located on Lower Water Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia and are owned by Oland & Son Limited. The booklet was prepared by Hancock Little Calvert Associates. The booklet contains a letter from P. J. Smith; information about plans contained in the booklet; inventory and availability of space; other information about the building; and a map of the Halifax peninsula indicating the location of the building. Plans originally included in the booklet are located in MS-4-135, Oversized Folder 13.

Diplôme de Croix D'Honneur décerné à Oland and Son Ltd.

Item is a the Diplôme de Croix D'Honneur given to Oland and Son Ltd. by the Institut International D'Alimentation for their Canadian Stout. The diploma was awarded in August of 1950 during the Exposition et Concours de Bières Americaines et Canadiennes in Brussels. The diploma is illustrated with a red and green ribbon, a crest with a figure on it, and the seal of the Institut. The diploma is signed by the six members of the jury.
