Series contains records relating to the livestock and cultivation of grounds and crops at the Nova Scotia Agricultural College between 1918 and 1985. Record types include herd summaries and histories, vegetable plot plans, and catalogues of plants.
Subseries consists of summary reports of the different livestock breeds and a history of the Holstein Friesian herd at the Nova Scotia Agricultural College farm created in 1965 and 1984.
File contains two scrapbooks, or memory books, created to reflect the activities of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Nova Scotia Veterinary Medical Association from 1952 to 1984. The auxiliary dismantled in the mid 1980s; former member Joan MacAulay created these scrap books in May of 2014 to acknowledge the work and friendship auxiliary members had.
File contains three photographs, two of E.L. Eaton with the wooden chains and board he carved and mounted and one close up photograph of the board with wooden chains. The photographs were taken in 1983 of the work done in 1981.

The plans detail the libraries interior layout, furniture design, and layout for furnishings for the lower and main levels. Plans were designed by Berardinelli Design Limited, Halifax, NS. "Set no. 2".
