L[ester] B. Pearson and The Hon. Judy LaMarch, as well as Dr. G.D.W. Cameron [Deputy Minister of National Health], a copy of Miss Ross's 12-page publication 'The fluoridation fraud', as well as pamphlets and articles from the the Fraser Burgh Herald, the New York Times, Pure Water Association of Santa Clara County, and the Greater Milwaukee Committee Against Fluoridation.
