Collection is comprised of materials collected by Don Murchy as part of his involvement with the TightRope Leather Brotherhood, a men's leather and denim club that operated in Nova Scotia from the early 1990s to 2007. Materials document TightRope operations, as well as the involvement of TightRope members in Mr. Atlantic Canada [M.A.C.] Leather contests and Halifax Fetish Ball events. Materials in this collection include administrative records, by-laws and guiding documents, membership lists, posters and other promotional materials, and photographs.

Series consists of photographs, albums, and video cassettes of events at the Nova Scotia Agricultural College campus between 1905 and 1998. These include students, staff, and faculty engaged in exhibitions, convocation/graduation, Autumn Assembly, Open house, sports events, theatre dramas, ceremonies, and campus life.
Subseries contains records created by the Nova Scotia Agricultural College, records about the NSAC, and records pertaining to agriculture in Nova Scotia. Included are documents on educational resources, correspondence, memos, newspapers, clippings of articles, newsletters, new building plans, speech notes, a bound copy of "The history of the NSAC", agricultural education plans in the province, and the 75th anniversary committee file.

Series includes posters, banners and flags created or collected by the Gay and Lesbian Association (GALA) for various events. Series contains one subseries of posters (and negatives) for events held at Rumours, a bar owned and operated by GALA, and another subseries of banners and flags used during Pride marches, demonstrations, and GALA meetings.
Collection contains records collected by Lynn Murphy through her association with the Gay and Lesbian Association (GALA) of Nova Scotia, and her participation in organizing Halifax Pride marches, parades and other LGBT initiatives. Records include posters, banners and flags created or collected by GALA; posters promoting LGBT-related events in Halifax and elsewhere; posters for LGBT films; posters encouraging safe-sex practices and political activism; and Pride Guide mockups from 1996 and 1998.
Fonds consists of photographs, campus publications, newspaper clippings, patches and a class ring collected by Evans Estabrooks while attending the Nova Scotia Agricultural College from 1960-1962. There is also correspondence, photographs, and a copy of “Memories, Then and Now: Autobiographies of the Class of 1962,” which was created by Alumni Relations for the 40th and 50th year class reunions.
