File contains three letters from the British actress Florence Glossop-Harris as well as a short resume of her career. One of the letters and the resume are transcribed and typeset. The letters were all written in response to correspondence from Logan on her performance in various plays. Three of the letters are written on letterhead from The Florence Glossop-Harris Company. The file also includes four postcards feature Glossop-Harris, which were sent to Logan.
File contains a pamphlet with biographical information on the Aeolian Singers, commendations, and press reviews. The Aeolian Singers included Lynndale Byers (alto); Frank Odell (tenor); James Logue (baritone); and Jack George (bass).
File contains two autographed photographs of the English actor John Martin-Harvey, signed for John Daniel Logan following a performance in Halifax on May 19, 1921. One of the photographs shows him in costume for a role.
Item consists of correspondence from Owen Bell Jones to Archibald MacMechan, dated January 11, 1917 from the I.O.D.E. Hosptial for Officers in London, updating his recovery, outlining recent pleasure reading, and discussing a chance visit with a friend from Halifax whose discussions reminded Jones that "Victoria Road is after all just around the corner."
Item consists of handwritten correspondence from Owen Bell Jones to Archibald MacMechan, dated Christmas Day 1916 from the I.O.D.E. Hospital for Officers in London, wishing MacMechan a "jolly old-time Christmas", and providing further updates on his recovery from wounds suffered in combat.

File contains an autographed letter from the English dramatist William Schwenck Gilbert, addressed to the actress Mrs. Bernard Beere (Fanny Mary Whitehead). In 1897, she appeared as Lisa in Gilbert's play "Gretchen".
Item is a diary kept by Arthur H. Whitman that describes a trip to England between November, 30 1888 and January 17, 1889. The diary contains daily entries that describe Whitman's activities, church attendance, meals, business and social visits, and letters sent and received. Many entries describe his meetings about apples. The diary also records money received and paid.
File contains two programs from a series of "Popular Concerts" on Saturday afternoons, directed by S. Arthur Chappell. Each of the programs includes musical excerpts and analytical remarks. The concerts featured a variety of performers, all conducted by Mr. Benedict. Performers included M.M. Joachim, L. Ries, Straus, Piatti, Miss. Carola, Arabella Goddard, Annie Edmonds, Henry Blagrove, Zerbini, Paque, Edith Wynne, and Clara Schumann. The programs are from the ninth and twelfth seasons at St. James's Hall in London, England.
