An untitled speech from 1991, given on behalf of the International Ocean Institute (IOI), and discussing the contiuing need for the UNCLoS. "Caird Medal Address," an acceptance speech from April 12, 2000. Finally, "The Future of the Mediterranean Area Environment and Environmental Education," a speech from October 1988.
