Speech to House of Parliament

File contains the text of a speech (and drafts) given to Parliament in 1956 by Samuel Balcom, regarding pensions and disability allowances for veterans, as well as increasing funding from the National Harbours Board for the Port of Halifax.

Smith; Dr. Ells (located behind Sister Archard) and Dr. Banting (located behind Sister Thompson)who were both visiting the unit. Also included, Ned Clay, who took a lot of the photographs for the unit, he is located in front of the tent with a cigarette.
