File contains sketches of various persons and scenes, including Joan rehearsing "La Sagouine," "Purcell's Cove Social Club, 1960s," "Extinct Species, Fisherman 1960s," "Do you know Anyone who Wants A Man?" "Musicians," "Instruments," "Masks," and three sketches of unidentified persons. File also contains a copy of the sketch "Juno & the Paycock" and a photograph of the "Masks" exhibition attached to the sketch.

Fonds consists of papers created and/or accumulated by Catherine Creighton and her family, including those of her husband Graham and children Edith, Anna, Lois, Frieda, and Howard. While the fonds includes correspondence from Wilfred Creighton to his siblings and parents, Wilfred's papers are not included as a sous-fonds within the fonds.

The bulk of the fonds consists of correspondence from family and friends, but also includes diaries, photographs, financial papers, personal papers, memorabilia, print materials, scrapbooks, articles, and artwork. Records in the fonds provide a well-rounded depiction of the family's daily activities and lives - from their relationships with each other, their extended family, and their community, to their financial status, values, education, and careers.

Items discussed included a Board Members report by Hatti Prentiss, a financial report by Roger Savage, and a proposal by Garry Conway. Item also includes the proposal to the Eye Level Gallery by Garry Conway, which included changing the name of the Co-ordinator position to "Director" as the title reflects the role more appropriately. He also proposes that the policies of the gallery will be the responsibility of the Board of Directors. Conway ends his proposal by stating his interest in taking on the role of the Co-ordinator or Director position.

Item is a letter from Marina Stewart to Michael Fernandes regarding a deficit Stewart was alleged to have left at the end of the 1981 fiscal year. In the letter, Stewart asks Fernandes to bring up the matter at the first Eye Level Gallery meeting of the 1982-1983 gallery season.
