Augustus John November 1972 - National Gallery of Canada

File consists of records related to the Augustus John exhibition organized and circulated by the National Gallery of Canada. The exhibition was shown at Dalhousie Art Gallery in November 1972.

Records consist mainly of correspondence between Caspar John, son of Augustus John and Ernest Smith (Director, Dalhousie Art Gallery) and between Ernest Smith and Ann Chudleigh (Assistant Director, National Gallery of Canada Extension Service).
