Akerley, Minister NSDAM [Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture and Marketing], Dr. Wm Jenkins, Principal [NSAC]. Shown in the second photograph is Lyman T. Chapman, the college's 3rd principal, who was a special guest at the opening ceremony for Chapman House.
