This series includes records transferred from the President's Office before 2013, which marked the establishment of a records schedule and the creation of a new series of records from the President's Office. Types of materials include course descriptions, evaluations and examinations; course proposals and deployment; accreditation information, reviews and correspondence; continuing education and seminar files; academic timetables; library accessions and reference materials; surveys and questionnaires.

Its subseries reflect the Office's new file classification structure, which is comprised of records series intended to be commonly used across the University.
