File contains five notebooks containing meeting minutes and financial records of the Dalhousie Co-vettes. A sixth is labeled "Refreshment Book" and doubled as an address book, containing members' contact information as well a spreadsheet indicating the names of those who provided sweets, sandwiches, squares, cookies etc. each month in 1957 and 1958.
File consists of four handwritten spiral bound notebooks created by James Morrison in the 1970's while attending the University of Ibadan in Nigeria. Three notebooks contain general notes from James Morrison's academic life, and one notebook contains oral history notes on Vwang, Ropp, Riyom, Kuru, Hei, Gyel, Ga, For, Fan, Du and Ba.
File is comprised of two notebooks containing handwritten notes from James Morrison in 1973 on the Jos Plateau. The notebooks contain extracts from a collection of oral history research synthesized by James Morrison and written in a series of notebooks (see Associated Materials note). The notebooks are labelled 1 (blue cover) and 2 (green cover). Notebook 1 contains information on the political, religious and social aspects of the Jos Plateau, while notebook 2 contains information on the Pyem ethnic group.

The notebook includes a printed and annotated paper written by James Morrison entitled: "Colonial Rule and Tin Mining on the Plateau" folded between the cover and page 1. There is one loose page of handwritten interview notes folded between pages 12 and 13, regarding interview strategy. There is one press clipping on page 39 entitled: "You have misfired!" by Sen Luka Gom. The second notebook has an orange cover and covers the history and comments on the Jos Plateau. The notebook mentions the BuKuru, Gyel, Gwon, and Birom Indigenous groups of the Jos Plateau in Nigeria. The notebook contains one press clipping entitled: "Three villagers arrested over farmland rumpus" written by Saidu Balogun and located on page 1. There are three loose pages with notes located on page 5, and four sheets of notes on page 9. There is one press clipping on entitled: " Three gunned down by police in encounter with villagers" located on page 55.

File contains a notebook probably dating from Merkel's student years at King's College, which features handwritten poems and illustrations or doodles, as well as three inserts of printed poems. There is also a copy of King's College Record, Vol XXVI, No. 224 (Windsor, NS, February 1905). The first page contains "On Joining the Haliburton Club," October 1905.

File contains records created and collected by Christopher Heide documenting Mulgrave Road Theatre's 1989 production of Feeling Yes, Feeling No, which was developed by Green Thumb Theatre in Vancouver in the early 1980s. Records, which were removed intact from a binder, include reports, notes, scripts, exercises; rehearsal notes and stage book.

There are also annotated copies of poems by Dylan Thomas and John Masefield; a small booklet of poems titled "Lighted Windows"; and a story by Roark Bradford called "Green Pastures," torn from a book. A photograph of a young woman standing in front of a pond is tucked into a notebook with "Don Smith" written on the cover.
