Administrative records

Series contains documents pertaining to the administrative aspects of the club. Documents include handwritten notes made by members concerning the day-to-day operations of the organization, bylaws, constitutions, correspondence, clippings, history, programmes, photographs, and an album.

Annual reports

Series includes annual reports of the President, 1st Vice-President, and 2nd Vice-President in addition to the annual reports from the Treasurer and Secretary.

Committees

Series includes documents listing the committee members of the club and reports of the Nominating Committee.

Correspondence

File consists of an envelope, a handwritten draft letter, and a typed letter regarding Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves.

Fonds consists of annual reports, records pertaining to interest groups formed within the club, membership information, minutes and agendas, administrative records, newsletters, photographs, and records for committees, events, and finances.

Dalhousie Women's Club photographs

Series includes photographs (some dated and labelled) of DWC members and their families. Occasions represented include a Fiesta Party, the Children's Christmas party (1979 and 1980), Newcomers' Party (1985 and 1986), Winery Field Trip, Fashion Shows, Puppet Building Workshop, DWC Gourmet Club, and several photographs of DWC Puppet Group productions. Most of the binder photographs (Box 3, Folders 19 and 22) pertain to DWC Puppet Group productions.

Eileen Aldous

Eileen constructed several puppets for DWC Puppet Group productions. Puppets created include Queen of Hearts, Donkey, Dormouse, Fire Eater, Fish.
