Subseries contains records created and collected by Gil Winham during his work on the Erie and Superior Community Project, which analyzed the capacity of ten Ontario communities to manage water quality. This project was initiated by Gil Winham and P.A. Globensky, funded by the Government of Canada, and located at McMaster University, where Winham was teaching.
