Charles Douglas was Deputy Minister of the Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture and Marketing. Douglas also served as Assistant Agricultural Representative in Pictou, Agricultural Representative in Hants County, Assistant Director and, later, Director of Extension, and as Director of Livestock. These papers consist of notes from faculty meetings from 1920-1924, notes regarding 1925 Farm course, and notes on student;s behavior and performance and progress in debate.
