Series consists of records of the committees of the Halifax branch of the Engineering Institute of Canada, including correspondences, report of ballots and other materials.
File contains the brief made by the Association of Professional Engineers of Nova Scotia and the Halifax and Sidney branches of the Engineering Institute of Canada to the government of Nova Scotia regarding the situation of the professional engineers in the province.
File contains two blueprints for a proposed mezzanine floor for Oland & Son. The drawings show the concrete plan for the mezzanine and details of certain sections. The drawings were produced by L. André Glen on March 6th, 1954, and were revised on March 22nd, 1952. See MS-4-135, Box 62, Folder 25 for related documents.
File contains drawings by President Arthur Stanley MacKenzie, headed with a note that reads: "My first drafts of Library with narrow front allowing of Extension to footprint size." His drawings show the library as being a long, south-facing building with three floors and plans to extend wings on either side.
