Drum parts from the PCO "Campin Out" tour

File contains drum parts for the Paul Cram Orchestra's second Canadian tour in September 2001 in support of the band’s debut CD on the Victo Label: “Campin Out.” The group played Halifax, Ottawa (National Library of Canada), Guelph (Guelph Jazz Festival), Vancouver (Western Front), and Montreal (Sala Rossa). The composition is based on the Mexican folkloric tale of La Llorana, The Weeping Woman.

The pitch material for the composition is derived from seven notes: F-sharp, G, G-sharp, B, C-sharp, D, and E (at concert pitch).

File contains copies of each of the four compositions: "Titania's Waltz"'; "Weeping Willows"; "In the Rushes"; and "Soughing Pines." The work was dedicated to Paolo Gallico (1868–1955). Each piece bears an inscription to Ellen Ballon, Goldmark's student in 1909. The pieces were published by the Oliver Ditson Company in Boston in 1908.
